Hot Yoga (Power Yoga)
75 minutes of Hot (Power) Yoga. This is a great physical practice to help release toxins in the body – promotes suppleness and strength. Includes arm balances, inversions and more.

Power Hour
Power Hour will provide you with a great, rigorous flow in a shorter amount of time! Class is energizing, challenging and yet powerful. Expect to move, sweat, breathe, and leave transformed!

Hot, light, fun class! Introducing basics postures! be ready to sweat & have fun!

Hot Yoga Basics

Yin Yoga
Peaceful, meditative practice. Emphasis on deep stretching benefiting bones, joints, tendons, connective tissue. This class is not heated.

Gentle Yoga
Very slow paced hatha & vinyasa style yoga class. Includes a lot of stretching and barely getting your feet on the floor. This class is not heated.

Organic Flow
A spontaneously sequenced form of vinyasa flow yoga. This practice encourages mindful exploration of the postures amidst an invigorating combination of fluid movement and deeper, prolonged holds. Beginner to Intermediate.

Kids’ Yoga
Children ages 5-8 years old learn to develop self-awareness, self-expression, social skills, positive thinking, improves mental clarity, focus, balance, & coordination.

Prenatal Yoga
This therapeutic class will help you connect with your body on your journey of pregnancy .Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. Conducted in a calm, peaceful environment, this class will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
