I was introduced to yoga by my mom, who took me to my first yoga class ever at Studio Oxygen. An athlete at heart, I soon fell in love with the practice. I found myself not only reaping the physical benefits of yoga, but spiritual as well. A student by day, yogi by night, stepping onto my mat is my source of stress relief. When I’m not taking a hot power class or working the desk at Studio Oxygen, you can find me studying, running, biking, or reading!
