Studio Oxygen has created several introductory-level yoga classes for beginners. So whether you have never taken a yoga class before, or this is your first hot, power or vinyasa yoga class, our experienced teachers create a welcoming environment conducive to learning.
If you are just starting our with yoga, check out or beginner yoga classes for appropriate options. All of our yoga classes offer a combination of strength, flexibility and breathe. Our introductory classes will explain the poses, provide you with an excellent foundation and allow you to confidently attend some of our more challenging yoga classes.
