It is about self awareness, self sacrifice, and living in peaceful harmony with everything and everyone in our world. We are always looking for ways to help out, support, and give back to our community. We are all in this together.

“My goal since the day I opened my doors was to giveback to the community. Yoga is about creating a community that practices together. I am passionate about creating a yoga community that cultivates a higher state of awareness and compassion for all. I feel an obligation to help in what ever manner I can. I may not change the world, but I know I can change lives.”–Marianne
