I started my yoga practice with motivation from my sister and was almost instantly hooked by the challenges of the practice and the feelings I carried with me when I stepped off the mat. No other workout made me feel the way yoga did each time I practiced.

Yoga will always be a part of my life and has done so many things for me mentally, spiritually, and physically. The benefits are countless!

I have been fortunate to have learned from wonderful teachers along the way who inspired me to continue to deepen my practice on and off my mat. With encouragement of family and friends, I recently completed my 200 hour training with Marianne. It was a life changing experience and I cannot wait to share my knowledge with others and continue to be a student myself. Through our yoga community I have gained forever friendships. I am truly honored to be teaching at Studio Oxygen alongside so many wonderful people.
