Alisa Perren


I love working out and I mostly incorporate spinning, running and weight lifting into my exercise regimen. I am a certified Spinning instructor through MDA and also a certified instructor for RealRyder Indoor Cycling. I feel that not only is there a gratification of physical empowerment when you take care of your body but that it also provides you with a calming release when you are done with your work out for the day.

In the past, I have done the yo yo dieting with the scale fluctuations and I know how hard it is to take that first step toward a healthier you. This is why I make it a priority to have fun while I am working out. I like to think of my spinning class as a “dance party on wheels”! I love the fact that we are working our booties off but are having so much fun that you hardly realize that it is exercise!

I graduated from Kent State University in 1996 as a Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Technology. I have been working in outpatient physical therapy since then and I am currently employed by NovaCare Physical Therapy in Austintown. My job is to help people build strength, flexibility and endurance. I also have a BS in Business Management from the University of Findlay.
