I believe that your workout does not have to feel like work and you can lead a healthy life through balance and not deprivation.  My goal is to challenge your body while building a community of friends who support each other in their life journeys on and off the bike. I aim to build classes that help you meet your fitness goals and have fun while doing it!I started my fitness journey as an adult. I did not appreciate the energy created by movement until I started taking step aerobics classes at the local YWCA and became certified as a group fitness instructor in the late 90s. Once I felt the rush of endorphins created from simply moving,I was hooked and wanted to share that feeling with others! I am currently a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning instructor. I enjoy the energy of road races and have completed one marathon, I’ve half marathons and countless 10ks and 5ks. I also enjoy rollerblading (yes still, I may be one of the last around), golfing, gardening, hiking, yoga and of course running and cycling. I have worked at D.T. Moore & Company for 21 years as Payroll Accounts Director. I am an Enrolled Agent, allowing me to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, and Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association. I am also a licensed property casualty insurance agent in the state of Ohio.My four rescue dogs and I are dedicated to the humane treatment of animals and ending abuse, neglect and over population. We have welcomed over forty foster dogs into our home over the last seven years, providing them a safe, loving and temporary home while they await placement in their forever home. We are a foster home for Close to Home Animal Rescue and I am a volunteer at the Columbiana County Dog Pound.
