I have always been interested in working out and finding new ways to stay fit and healthy. I haven’t always loved cardio, but spinning made cardio fun for me by mixing music and movement at a variety of paces. It didn’t take long before I fell in love with this workout. I decided to become a certified Spinning instructor through MDA so that I could spread the love to others looking for a fun, energetic workout. I am a Certified Public Accountant which involves a lot of stress and long periods of sitting at a desk. Spinning is a great way for me to get physical activity in during the day and also helps to alleviate the stress that my day job can bring. I like to make my workouts fun, so I strive to make every class high energy and entertaining through the whole ride!
